The news that Kitty Galore (Bette Midler), a cat MEOWS former secret agent, plans to subjugate the nation as well as mastering the dog and the cat is clearly making the fear of dogs and cats.
They know that Kitty Galore never play. They know that Kitty Galore plan is successful then the whole world will be threatened, including humans and all animals in it. There was no other choice. For the first time in history, cat and dog must work together to find ways to thwart the mission of this deadly Kitty Galore.

Tak ada yang tahu sejak kapan kucing dan anjing bermusuhan namun hingga kini dua binatang yang sering jadi binatang kesayangan manusia ini selalu saling bermusuhan. Meski permusuhan ini sudah berlangsung berabad-abad namun selalu ada kondisi saat dua musuh besar ini harus saling mengesampingkan ego mereka demi tujuan yang lebih besar.
Bangsa anjing dan bangsa kucing terpaksa harus bekerja sama karena kelangsungan hidup mereka semua akan sangat tergantung dari hasil kerja sama ini. Kabar bahwa Kitty Galore (Bette Midler), seekor kucing mantan agen rahasia MEOWS, berencana untuk menundukkan bangsa anjing sekaligus juga menguasai bangsa kucing dan ini jelas membuat para anjing dan kucing ketakutan.
Mereka tahu kalau Kitty Galore tak pernah main-main. Mereka tahu kalau rencana Kitty Galore ini berhasil maka seluruh dunia akan terancam termasuk manusia dan segala hewan yang ada di dalamnya. Tak ada pilihan lain. Untuk pertama kalinya dalam sejarah, kucing dan anjing harus bahu membahu mencari cara untuk menggagalkan misi maut Kitty Galore ini.
